1、能協助總經理和總監進行項目洽談、商務談判、客戶維護等工作；
2、能配合總經理及總監做好項目管理，團隊安排，保證時間節點;
3、能負責公司作品對外發布推廣等對接活動，跟進項目進展，錄入系統，更新數據等;
4、配合進行項目商務合同審核、cad面積測量，設計服務建議 書，各類函件(設計委托書、履約承諾函、說明函等)擬寫;
5、跟進回款管理及應收賬款催收;
6、能協助完成各類合約工作，如標書制作、入庫資料、結算資料等。
7、具備相關工作經驗者優先！
Job Details
1. Assist the general manager and director in project negotiation, business negotiation, customer maintenance, etc.;

4. Cooperate with the project business contract review, cad area measurement, design service proposal, and drafting of various letters (design power of attorney, performance commitment letter, explanatory letter, etc.);
5. Follow up payment collection management and accounts receivable collection;
6. Can assist in the completion of various contract work, such as tender document production, storage data, settlement data, etc.
